Terms of Use

Unloka provides tools that help creators sell, manage, and automate access to Telegram communities. Unloka is not the creator, seller, publisher, owner, operator, moderator, broker, agent, employer, partner, or representative of any creator community.

Creators are solely responsible for their communities, content, promises, pricing, member support, refund decisions, and compliance with applicable law. Members purchase access from the creator, not from Unloka.

Access granting, access removal, invite delivery, and expiry enforcement may depend on Telegram availability, Telegram permissions, bot administrator rights, payment-provider confirmation, creator configuration, member account behaviour, network conditions, and other factors outside Unloka's full control.

Unloka does not guarantee that any person will be added to, remain in, or be removed from a Telegram group or channel at any specific time.

Members join creator communities at their own risk and judgment. Unloka does not verify, endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for creator content, creator promises, investment claims, trading signals, earnings claims, health claims, adult content, community behaviour, or member outcomes.

Unloka may provide transaction records, access logs, and technical support information where appropriate, but Unloka does not mediate, arbitrate, adjudicate, or decide disputes between creators and members. Disputes about content, value, expectations, behaviour inside a Telegram community, creator promises, or refund fairness must be resolved directly between the creator and the member, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Users are responsible for maintaining control of their email account, password, Telegram account, devices, SIM card, payment accounts, and payout credentials. Users must notify Unloka immediately if they suspect unauthorised access.

Unloka is not responsible for losses, unauthorised withdrawals, payout destination changes, or account actions resulting from compromised user credentials, compromised email accounts, compromised Telegram accounts, SIM-swap attacks, malware, shared devices, social engineering, or user-side security failures, except to the extent caused by Unloka's fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or obligations that cannot be excluded by law.

Creator wallet balances shown in Unloka are operational ledger balances used to calculate amounts that may become payable to creators. They are not bank accounts, deposit accounts, stored-value accounts, or interest-bearing accounts.

Availability of funds may depend on successful payment confirmation, settlement, fraud review, chargeback risk, refund obligations, provider availability, payment-provider rules, creator compliance, and applicable law.

Unloka may delay, hold, reverse, deduct, or refuse payouts where required for fraud prevention, chargebacks, refunds, legal compliance, payment-provider instructions, suspected misuse, incorrect payout details, or platform risk management.

If a payment is reversed, refunded, charged back, found fraudulent, or clawed back by a payment provider, Unloka may reverse related creator wallet entries, deduct the amount from future payouts, place a hold on available balances, suspend withdrawals, or require repayment. Creators remain responsible for amounts owed due to refunds, chargebacks, reversals, fraud, penalties, provider fees, or incorrect payout information.

Creators may not use Unloka to sell access to communities that promote, facilitate, or contain unlawful, fraudulent, exploitative, abusive, or payment-provider prohibited activity, including scams, illegal goods or services, hate or harassment, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, child sexual abuse material, terrorism or extremism, unlawful financial or investment services, unlicensed medical/legal/financial claims, doxxing, misuse of private data, intellectual property infringement, or activity that violates Telegram rules, payment-provider rules, or applicable law.

Creators are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and paying any taxes, duties, levies, withholding amounts, or similar obligations arising from their sales, income, or community access services. Unloka may provide transaction records but does not provide tax advice.

Unloka may charge platform fees, payout fees, provider fees, settlement fees, currency-conversion fees, or other charges disclosed in the product or fee schedule. Fees may be deducted before amounts become available for withdrawal.

Unloka may suspend accounts, storefronts, checkout links, access automation, or payouts if we suspect fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, payment risk, compromised credentials, violation of these Terms, violation of payment-provider rules, or risk to Unloka, users, creators, members, Telegram, or payment partners.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection, data protection, payment, or other mandatory laws.
