Refund Policy

Members buy access from creators, not from Unloka. Refunds are not guaranteed and may depend on the creator's policy, payment-provider rules, fraud controls, technical findings, chargeback handling, and applicable law.

1. Nature of the Product

  • Members are purchasing access to a private Telegram group or channel for a defined duration.
  • Access may be granted soon after payment confirmation, access-link delivery, and Telegram approval.
  • Because access is digital and often instant, refunds are not automatic or guaranteed.

2. When Refunds May Apply

  • Access was not granted despite successful payment.
  • A technical failure prevented access.
  • A duplicate or accidental payment occurred.
  • Fraud, provider, platform, legal, or chargeback handling requires your independent reversal.
  • Other exceptional circumstances are approved by the creator, Unloka, or the payment provider.

3. When Refunds Typically Do Not Apply

  • The member has already accessed the Telegram community.
  • The buyer did not request access with the delivered access link.
  • The buyer used the wrong Telegram account or supplied incorrect details.
  • The buyer is dissatisfied with creator content, community behaviour, outcomes, or value.
  • The buyer changes their mind after purchase.

4. How Refunds Are Handled

If a refund is approved, it may be processed by the creator, by Unloka on the creator's instruction, by Unloka where required for platform, fraud, duplicate-payment, technical, chargeback, payment-provider, or legal reasons, or by the payment provider.

Refund approval does not guarantee immediate funds availability. Timing depends on payment providers, settlement rails, and the recipient's payment method.

A refund may result in immediate revocation of Telegram access.

5. Platform Role

Unloka may help verify payment, provider, and access status. Unloka does not mediate, arbitrate, adjudicate, or decide disputes about creator content, member expectations, community behaviour, or perceived value, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Chargebacks and Reversals

If a payment is charged back, reversed, clawed back, marked fraudulent, or refunded, related creator wallet entries may be reversed, deducted from future payouts, held, or treated as amounts owed by the creator under the Terms of Use.

7. Creator Recommendation

  • Clearly communicate what members receive before purchase.
  • Publish any community-specific refund expectations.
  • Handle refund requests fairly and consistently.
  • Avoid guarantees about outcomes, earnings, signals, health, or other results.
