1. How do payments work?
Members choose a plan, enter their details, and confirm payment through the supported mobile-money method for that market.
2. How is access granted?
After payment is confirmed, Unloka delivers a Telegram access link and approves the expected Telegram account automatically.
3. What happens when access expires?
Unloka tracks plan duration and can remove expired members automatically once the Telegram bot still has the required admin permissions.
4. Who controls refunds?
Refund decisions are made by the creator. Unloka provides transaction and access records, but does not automatically issue refunds.
