How Unloka Works
This public help center explains how Unloka handles storefront checkout, payment confirmation, Telegram access delivery, creator payouts, and refund responsibility.

1. Platform overview
Unloka is designed for creators who run paid Telegram communities. It gives each community a storefront, collects payment, manages Telegram access, and keeps a clear record of who paid, who was invited, and when access expires.
2. Buyer journey
Buyers land on a public storefront, choose a plan, enter the phone number that should receive access, confirm the payer details, and complete payment through the supported mobile-money method for that market.
After payment is confirmed, the buyer completes a Telegram bot handoff so Unloka can deliver the invite to the correct Telegram account.
3. Creator operations
Creators connect their private Telegram group or channel once, create plans inside a storefront, and publish a single public checkout page for the community.
From there, Unloka tracks successful payments, access-link delivery, active members, failed payments, and withdrawal requests.

What is Unloka?
Unloka helps creators monetize Telegram communities with seamless payments, storefronts, and automated access handling.
How does a member buy access?
A member opens the public storefront, chooses a plan, enters the access phone and payment details, confirms payment, and then completes the Telegram handoff.
How is access granted after payment?
Once payment is confirmed and Telegram is linked, Unloka prepares an invite and delivers it through the Telegram bot chat, with a fallback link on the checkout status page if needed.
What happens when a membership expires?
Unloka tracks each plan duration and can remove expired members automatically if the Telegram bot still has the required admin permissions.
How do creator payouts work?
Creators can withdraw available wallet balance at any time. Each withdrawal deducts the requested amount from the wallet, applies the configured withdrawal fee, and sends the net amount to the selected payout destination.
Who controls refunds?
Refund decisions are creator-controlled. Unloka provides transaction and access records, but does not automatically issue refunds.
Does Unloka require buyers to create an account?
No traditional buyer account is required to start checkout. Buyers do need to complete the Telegram bot step so Unloka can deliver the invite to the correct Telegram account.
Why might access be delayed after payment?
The most common reasons are an access link that was not requested, a bot DM that has not been started yet, or Telegram community permissions needing attention.
